Claimitt is a neutral claim-preservation platform. User content remains user-submitted and is not platform-verified truth.
Users are responsible for legality, accuracy, and consequences of submitted claims, evidence, and social content.
Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, repeated abuse, unlawful content, doxxing, threats, or evasion attempts.
Claimitt stores account profile data, security metadata, and platform interaction logs needed for account security and moderation.
Support submissions, moderation records, and audit logs may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, and legal defense.
Users may request data export/deletion where applicable, subject to legal hold and record-retention requirements.
Claimitt accepts copyright notices and counter-notices through a notice-and-takedown process and maintains an active designated-agent registration in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory. The current designation is effective March 16, 2026.

For accepted Signal submissions, creators retain ownership while authorizing Claimitt to preserve provenance, manage licensed delivery, and act as an enforcement agent against unauthorized reuploads, rehosts, downloads, or attribution-stripping uses.
Submitting infringing content, removing copyright-management information, or repeatedly misusing another creator's work may result in removal, account restrictions, and repeat-infringer enforcement.
Counter-notice rights may apply where lawful. Abuse of takedown flow can result in moderation and legal escalation.
Content containing unlawful defamation, doxxing, direct threats, or targeted harassment is prohibited and subject to removal.
Named-individual allegations must include lawful context and may be frozen for moderation review or legal review.
Claimitt can preserve backend records for law-enforcement/legal process even when content is removed from public display.
Trust/Doubt verdicts in Claimitt are free editorial accuracy signals. Users do not stake, lock, risk, or lose credits, reputation, money, or any other value on event outcomes.
Where the release-gated Accuracy Credits program is enabled after product-policy and outside-counsel review, an eligible call that matches a final editorial resolution may receive a fixed, capped, noncash speech-credit amount. The disclosed event severity and call timing set that amount before the call is recorded.
Accuracy Credits are not cash prizes, payouts, multipliers, investment returns, or payment rights. They cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged, and no other user funds or loses value when a call is resolved.
CLMIT speech credits and reputation are not a bank account, security, cash equivalent, or guaranteed payout right.
Platform reputation score is non-monetary and cannot be represented as legal tender, investment return, or debt instrument.
Claimitt does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or guaranteed financial outcomes.
Sports theses are user-generated analysis and receipts. Claimitt does not operate a sportsbook, guarantee picks, or provide gambling advice.
Sports content on Claimitt must remain original analysis, sourced receipts, and event-linked commentary. It cannot be framed as guaranteed betting advice or insider certainty.
Treat sports posts as analysis records, not sportsbook instructions.
Only post original reasoning, receipts, and summarized facts. Do not paste premium picks, paywalled writeups, or copied article text.
Do not upload league, team, or sportsbook logos unless you have rights to use them.
Do not represent any thesis as guaranteed, risk-free, or inside information.
Paid Signal and field-mission participation are unavailable during the limited public-event beta pending agreement and jurisdictional review.
Claimitt Signal Missions are voluntary freelance reporting assignments for original media and public observations from lawful public areas. Contributors are freelance field reporters — not law enforcement, emergency responders, or private investigators.
